These terms govern the use of casacriss.eu, availability enquiries and the general conditions applicable to stays at Casa Criss in Sinaia.

2. Enquiries and booking confirmation
Guests may request availability by WhatsApp, phone or email. The accommodation agreement is concluded only after the operator confirms the dates, apartment, total rate, payment terms and cancellation conditions, and the guest accepts them.
3. Rates, payment and cancellations
The final rate, included services, any additional charges, payment method, deposit and cancellation terms are communicated before confirmation and form part of the individual booking agreement.
4. Arrival, departure and occupancy
Standard check-in is 14:00–20:00 and check-out is 08:00–11:00. Each apartment accommodates up to 3 adults and 1 child. Any exception must be agreed in advance.
5. Pets
Only small pets are accepted, on request and with prior notice. Acceptance is subject to confirmation and additional charges may apply.
6. Guest responsibilities
Guests must use the property and its facilities with care, respect quiet hours and safety instructions, and promptly report incidents or damage. The booking holder is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied and for informing all guests of the applicable conditions.
7. Consumer rights and disputes
Accommodation booked for specific dates is excluded from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under the applicable Romanian consumer rules. This does not affect any cancellation rights agreed for the booking. Guests are encouraged to contact the operator first. Consumers may also use the Romanian ANPC alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
8. Governing law
Romanian law applies. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Last updated: 18 September 2026.
